Wine Birth Winery Tour October 11, 2009

Wine Birth Tour includes: Wine, Cheese & Wine Barrel Tasting. You will be able to observe different stages of wine making, such as must fermenting and punching down the must. You will get a chance to punch the must and taste one week old Syrah wine juice. We'll compare the taste of one week old Syrah with Syrah 2008 from the barrel and Syrah 2006. ~Fee is $ 8 per person; $ 3 per person is refundable with the purchase of 2+ bottles of wine per person. Reservations are not required.
