Wine Tasting Tour: Experience the Best of Napa in New York January 21, 2007

The Dahesh Museum of Art is partnering with Napa Valley Vintners for an exciting evening of wine tasting. Wine lovers will have a chance to sip and chat with vintners about what makes a particular wine distinctive, how to pair that wine with food, how best to store it, and some history of the vineyard and winemaking philosophy. Elegant tapas and mezze will be offered by Cafe Opaline's Chef Tim Sullivan to complement the reds and whites that guests will sample.
