There is nothing quite as satisfying on a blustery winter day as a pot of soup simmering on the stove. You'll be making all new international recipes, including an Iranian Bean and Vegetable Soup, a Winter Pork and Fruit Ragout, and a Saffron-scented Fish Soup with Rouille (a hot pepper and garlic sauce) plus a few more.
