Wolfeboro 250th Anniversary Concert August 17, 2010

This event will feature music from the time of colonial New Hampshire, including songs about the French and Indian War, and a setting of the Bill of Rights in the style of Early American music by the eminent living composer, Neely Bruce. Performers include Festival Harmony (Neely Bruce, conductor), a chorus comprised of 50% basses and Shape Note Singers from around New England, Village Harmony (conducted by Larry Gordon), a youth chorus from central Vermont, and fifer Christopher Layer.
