WOMAN QUEST was created to help women make a commitment to themselves to grow, heal and make changes. Women receive new insights, tools, support, inspiration and guidance to help them attain their goals. Woman Quest is a journey of inner exploration done in a safe environment with like-minded women. Through silence, sharing, reflecting upon key questions, writing, other exercises and guided visualization participants gain a much deeper understanding of themselves and come to see that they have all the answers inside themselves.
