But minor conflicts, dissatisfaction and lack of motivation can upset the workplace and the work life balance causing serious harm to the performance of the employee and the company. This workshop trains participants to identify these problems and address them early enough to preserve a cohesive workforce and a harmonious work environment.

TRAINERS PROFILE:


Mrs. Saras Bhaskar is a distinguished counselor and human resource trainer. With her ability to work the strengths of the individuals to further improve their problem solving abilities, she has been very successful in creating successful people. After graduating with masters in applied psychology from University of Madras, she did her masters in human services from Austin, Texas and is currently pursuing her doctoral research from the University of Utrecht, Netherlands. As the director of Southwest Key program, an NGO in Austin, she has also worked closely with adolescents, their families and communities helping them confront and solve problems and improving their communication skills. Saras Bhaskar has also been providing multi- cultural counseling to foreigners in India. Through the column 'Crisis Corner' in Times of India's Sunday edition, she has reached to numerous people and resolved their problems and dilemmas. She is also the co-founder of Chennai Counselors Foundation. "Empowering people to rediscover their full potential" has been her mission and she has put her vast experience and wide knowledge toward achieving her goal.
