ANSELMO NETTO QUINTET

Born and raised in Bahia, Brazil, Anselmo Netto had a highly successful
career touring and recording in Brazil for many yeas. After moving to London, around 4 years ago, he quickly became one of the most sought-after musicians on the London scene.
Both as percussionist and mandolin player, he has been exploring new musical horizons and expanding his sound by mixing Native Brazilian rhythms with a wide range of global influences which he has encounter in the UK.
Netto has perfomed with many artists including Heidi Vogel, Zoe Rahman, Idris, Rahman, Gilberto Gil, Antonio Forcione etc and now presents his own unique Quintet. Enjoy the Music!!!
