You can create your own business plan quickly & easily with the support of Sligo County Enterprise Board. Now offering a limited number of positions on a “Write your own Business Plan” Workshop. This Workshop is designed to provide participants with the fundamentals to develop a viable Business Plan for their business idea. Including;
Workbook in hard & soft copy provided, complete with examples.
Establish the purpose of the Business Plan
Determine viability of the proposal
Optimal Business Plan Structure
The ‘Do’s’ & ‘Don’ts’ of successful Business Plan writing
How to gain & hold the reader’s attention
Researching the market
Finance & Funding
Laptops & Paper catered for equally. Applications to be received by Friday 12th March. The Programme will be delivered in Sligo Enterprise & Technology Centre, Airport Road, Strandhill. The programme is heavily subsidised and a nominal fee will apply to cover venue costs.
