Come experience this gentle, systematic series of movements and meditations designed for your maximum health benefit. Relax, unwind, and regenerate your energies naturally, during an hour of yoga weekly. Enjoy hatha and pranayama yoga integrated with Qi Gong and T'ai Chi Ch'uan and feel the quiet difference of synchronizing breath with movement. This class will be taught by yoga instructor and reiki master, E. Barrie Kavasch. Exercise mats will be provided. Registration required.
