tha yoga room is taking part in having Yoga & Meditation & Savasana
This event is open to everyone at any level of practice. We will do a few rounds of Sun Salutations followed with an extra long deep meditation and relaxation (savasana). Bring a blanket for the relaxation. Stay after the session for healthy snacks and bubbly:)
