Time: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Experience deep immersion into the details underlying the practice and teaching of vinyasa yoga in this weekend teacher training immersion, which focuses on alignment, philosophy and learning two of Faith Hunter’s “FreedomFlow” yoga sequences. Our teacher training immersion is designed for students interested in teaching beginning students, exploring vinyasa yoga or simply deepening their own personal practice. This immersion can also serve as a refresher for current instructors or modern tools and techniques for school teachers. This immersion can be used as prep to our 200-hour yoga alliance approved certification. You will learn safe and effective adjustments through partner work for all of the basic asanas, meditation and breathing techniques, practicalities of conducting a class, and the principles of yoga theory. In addition, participants will learn the basic language of teaching students through a sequence in a flowing and graceful manner. As in all courses with Faith Hunter there is plenty of laughter and fun woven into the inspirational experience. You will learn more than you ever imagined possible in a weekend course and have a great time in the process.
