Youth Guidance To Collect Toys For Their Children October 21, 2010

Youth Guidance will be collecting toys for their Annual Toy Drive through December 9 at the Youth Guidance office, 1028 20th Street, Vero Beach. Local businesses, services clubs and churches will be able to help children have an unforgettable holiday season by donating toys and gifts for this event. Everyone is invited to bring presents to the Youth Guidance office so that the youngsters have a memorable day. Organizations and individuals may also organize their own toy drive. A variety of presents and toys are needed for ages 5-18. Ideas include gift cards to retail stores, pre-paid cell phones, sports equipment, MP3 players and boys and girls clothing (ages 13-16). Volunteers are also needed to man the Youth Guidance Toy Shop, a ‘store’ where Youth Guidance parents are able to pick out the donated gifts for their kids, on December 10 and 13-16.
